We have been blessed with a large, well-appointed building that is within roughly 200 miles of 40% of the U.S. population. When not in use for our family activities, we make the building available for your functions.
Our most popular areas include:
Main Gathering Room (capacity 1200 people): Fee does not include sound technician. $500–$1,000
WHO Cafe (capacity 70 people): Inviting and warm, with lighting dimmers and a fireplace. Includes cafe tables and chairs for roughly 40 people, as well several high-top tables and stools. Plenty of room for a buffet line if desired. Often used for bridal or baby showers, as well as birthday parties.
Rate: $100 for four hours. Additional hours $15 per hour.
Classroom Area (capacity estimated about 75-100 people). Room provides dividers so that rented area can be tailored to group size. $150
Kitchen: Includes plenty of preparation area, as well as easy access to other rented areas. Fee does not include clean-up. Renters may incur an additional fee if premises are not returned to suitable cleanliness upon completion of rental. $75 (In addition to other rented space, such as Cafe, $50)
Rental fees do not include tear down of existing furniture/chairs or cleaning services. WHO reserves the right to selectively permit building use without explanation.
All rentals are subject to a $30 security deposit, to be refunded if all rented areas are cleaned well and left in good standing.
